FAMOUS PASTORS WHOSE NAMES ARE NOT FOUND WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF LIFE
It is going to be a great day of terror when many pastors who are public
figures will stand before the Book of Life and sadly, angels will tell them that their names have been removed from the Book of Life years
ago. At this point, many will question, “My name is not in the Book of
Life? But, I performed deliverance for many? I even raised the dead”?
While others will protest, “But, I made the lame to walk, and when I
prayed for the sick, they were healed”! And some will even declare, “I
prophesied and it came to pass, and I have thousands of followers,” but
still, the angel will say, “Your name is not found written in the Book
of Life”.
It is for this reason the scripture is written, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 7:21).
The problem is that many believers fail to understand that God is above man. In fact, God is above any description that man can give about Him. However, it is known that God is always serious which is why He honors His Word more than His Name. He honors His Word more than His power. He honors His Word more than His mercy, and even honors His Word more than anything He has, or has created, for His Word is yes and Amen (2 Cor. 1:20). In fact, when God’s Word goes out from His mouth, it will not return void (Isaiah 55:11). Likewise, Heaven and earth shall pass away, but God’s Word shall remain forever, and His Word states that without holiness, no man shall see the Lord (Matt. 24:35 & Hebs. 12:14).
So those who are followers of compromising ministers of holiness, because their eyes have been blinded with miracles and signs and wonders, so they follow the new corrupt foundations of worldliness and false doctrines such as “once saved, always saved,” or live as you please and God will not condemn you to Hell that compromising ministers of holiness have laid down, will cry and curse these same ministers on Judgement Day. Yet, all of that will be useless, because nothing will help them escape God’s judgment. Hell will be their eternal abode. However, I want you to understand that there is nothing wrong with doing deliverance, there is nothing wrong in prophesying, there is nothing wrong in making the blind receive sight, there is nothing wrong with making the lame to walk, there is nothing wrong in raising the dead back to life, but there is something wrong in believing that the performance of these things will substitute for holiness. Holiness has no substitute and should never be forsaken; holiness is the key to Heaven.
In fact, just last year I had a vision in where I saw a founder of a famous Pentecostal Church in Nigeria. The founder is late, but in the vision, I saw him crying to the current general overseer of the church. He was saying, “This is not the standard that I laid down! This is not the doctrine I left you with! Why have you compromised? Go back to the first doctrine of holiness, without holiness no man shall see the Lord”! Then the vision ended.
Further, I tell you that it is going to be terrible when many, “daddy and mommy” general overseers and superintendents stand before the angels only to hear that their names are not written in the Book of Life. Because again, it is only through living a holy life which is righteousness before the Lord that one’s name can be written in the Book of Life. So although these general overseers and superintendents may have seen angels, heard the voice of God, have seen the beautiful mansions of Heaven, and even preach holiness, if they are not living a holy life by carrying their cross and following the Lord, and having the Lord’s nature, then they have no place in Heaven (Matt. 16:24).
Moreover, I honestly believe that if many of the heroes of faith could see the current state of the work that they left behind on earth, they would sorely weep at how prosperity ministers have perverted their works. However, because of the Lord’s sovereignty, no one will ever destroy the foundation of holiness and those who try to destroy it will not go unpunished, but the Lord will cast them away into eternal damnation in Hell. Therefore, it does not matter how much these prosperity ministers are praised or their evil ways are defended or covered, nothing is hidden from the judgement of God. On that great day, the secret works of men will be exposed. Yet sadly, it is only on that day when trembling in fear some men will come to realize that God never jokes with His Word. But oh how sad it is that they make mockery of God’s Word now by allowing the world to enter the church. By allowing boxing and wrestling on the altar in churches. There’s even pornography on the altar in phones of pastors who watch it in secret. What is even more disgusting is that some pastors tell the women at church, “Shake your bottoms”. And just as worst, the same pastors stand on the altar and preach only to bring praises to themselves; they are full of vain glory. However, God is not a respecter of persons (Rom. 2:11). He shall judge every one, meaning pastors too, according to their works (Rom. 2:6).
Therefore, it does not matter how many miracles a pastor performs. If any pastor is not preaching holiness and living it, their name is not written in the Book of Life. And it does not matter who likes it or not, because God is still a holy, unchanging God (Lev. 11:44 & Mal. 3:6). So, regardless of the amount of souls a pastor has converted to the Lord, if they have not followed the standard of holiness for the kingdom of God that they are preaching, then that pastor has no part in God’s kingdom.
Also, because holiness is a high standard, many have said, “God is not serious about people not sinning, because if He is, just think about how many people will be disqualified? And if that is the case then only a few will make it into Heaven”. To that I respond, how many people made it out with Lot when Sodom was destroyed? How many people made it out with Noah? Only a few. So understand that God is not looking for a multitude, but, He is looking for the few who truly serve Him while perfecting holiness in a sinful world (2 Cor. 7:1). So for those of you who think that way (that God is after numbers), change your thinking, because a terrible day is coming after the Lord raptures the church. Further, who will be able to stand after the rapture? Who will be able to endure the Tribulation? Therefore, I urge all to live holy. Take up your cross and follow after the ways of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Finally, as I was preparing this message, my wife was asleep, but then she awoke with a shout. So, I became afraid. I asked her what happened. She said that she had just dreamed of the Rapture and many were left behind. So they were crying for their lives. But also there were some who didn’t even know that the Rapture had happen and continued on as normal until a strange noise was heard from Heaven. I tell you this because many who think that they will not miss the Rapture will in fact miss it because their self-deception. So you, do not be deceived, know that without holiness no man shall see the Lord. This means that there must be salvation, sanctification, the baptismal of the Holy Spirit, life in the Spirit, and remaining perfect in the Lord Jesus Christ while resisting temptations, because without all of these, no man shall see the Lord.
